Who came up with the concept of Funamori cuisine and when did it become popular?
When I saw it for the first time, I was surprised at how powerful it was.
Funamori, in which a variety of fish and shellfish are arranged on top of seasonal fish, is not only spectacular but also delicious.
I was impressed and thought, "It's beautiful."
If you come to Kaishu and don't try Funamori, you can't become a sea lion connoisseur ^^
