Translation:

“One night at Kaishu, and you’ll turn into a sea lion!” — as one of our guests spontaneously remarked, describing the incredibly large portions that are almost impossible to finish.

Our most prized signature dish is, without a doubt, the “luxurious boat-style sashimi platter.”

Boat-style sashimi… who first came up with it, and when did it begin?
When I first saw it myself, I was amazed by its sheer impact.

A beautifully arranged display of fresh seasonal fish and seafood, centered around a whole fish, the boat platter is not only bold and impressive, but also something that makes you think, “How beautiful it is.”

If you come to Kaishu and don’t try the boat platter, you can’t call yourself a true Kaishu connoisseur! ^^
