We would like to announce that Chef Takahiro Ofuchi, the Head Chef of Hotel kamosu mori,
will be transferring to our sister property, Sake hotel Tamakiya, effective January 18, 2026.
 
The final dining experience under Chef Ofuchi and Manager Sakurai will be on January 17, 2026.
We sincerely hope you will have the opportunity to visit us before then.
 
A New Culinary Chapter
Hotel kamosu mori will then welcome Chef Akira Kuriyama from the current Sake hotel Tamakiya.
With this change, the cuisine will transition from Italian to French, marking a fresh start as "Auberge kamosu mori".
