The Kashiwagi Room lives up to its name, “Suite Room,” as it is a sukiya-style room that incorporates a sense of modernity while respecting the wonderful culture of Kyoto.
In the Honma, you can enjoy the alcove space and view the courtyard. In the library, you can sit on Cassina chairs and read books selected by the Kanamean Nishitomiya, or relax on the Tibetan carpet and enjoy music and videos.
And in the study, guests will be able to relax in their own rooms while writing down memories of their travels, each of which will be made more relaxing by items selected from Kyoto and abroad. Enjoy the elegant flow of time in this stylish Kyoto space.
(The Honma overlooks the courtyard, and the library, study, and the Japanese cypress wood bathtub in the bathroom overlook the tsuboniwa garden.)
