In the Hatsune Room, we have newly built a 4.5-mat zama. The zama will allow you to work in Kyoto, away from your home, and we are sure that your work will progress in a different environment. Of course, you can not only work, but also listen to music, watch TV or DVD, read a book, or just relax and enjoy the time sitting on the Cassina chair, turning over on the Tibetan carpet, and relaxing. The four seasons of spring, summer, fall, and winter are represented by karacho (Chinese paper) on the sliding doors of the Honma (main room) in the sukiya style.

The Sukiya-style room, consisting of a honma, an alcove, a zama, and a tsuboniwa garden, has long benefited from the wisdom of the Kyoto people, and we hope you will enjoy the depth of the Sukiya space that extends from inside to outside.

(You can see the tsuboniwa from the Japanese cypress wood bathtub in the room.)

The Matsukaze Room is a creative design space that is a collaboration of sukiya-style architecture and contemporary modern space.

A major feature is the LC3 chair designed by world-renowned architect Le Corbusier. In order to make the most of the chair, a new desk was added and designed as a 3-mat zama.

The zama will allow you to work in Kyoto, away from your home, and we are sure that your work will progress in a different environment. Of course, you can not only work, but also listen to music, read a book, or just relax and enjoy.

The window overlooking the Honma (main room) in the sukiya-style building is decorated with flowers from the 24 seasonal divisions of Kyoto. A cute flying doll also warmly welcomes guests. The sliding doors are made of reused (sustainable) kosode folding screens inherited from the previous generation.

(The Japanese cypress wood bathtub in the room overlooks the tsuboniwa garden.)
