This course is the basic course at Crab Goten and is the most popular course at Crab Goten.

◆Sashimi: Seasonal fish from the Ariake Sea and crab from our large kettle,
We have a large kitchen, so we are able to serve fresh sashimi every day.

◆Boiled Takezaki Crab: Takezaki Crab is always served with a smile on the face of customers who say, "I came here to eat this Takezaki Crab.
We have been proudly offering this carefully selected Takezaki crab since the establishment of the crab restaurant.

We have a special bait boat for Takezaki crabs and buy them from fishermen almost every day.
The fresh Takezaki crabs are carefully selected by veteran crab chefs, who take into consideration the hardness of the shell and the way the crab meat is packed,
The crab is boiled and seasoned to perfection by our experienced crab chefs.

Takezaki Crab Kamameshi: This dish is especially popular among female customers. Takezaki crab meat and boiled water are combined,
The combination of Takezaki crab meat and boiled soup gives the rice a slight crab flavor.

This is the "last" dish that customers who say, "I'm full" end up devouring.

Dessert: Seasonal desserts are available. We also have seasonal desserts for your enjoyment.


Breakfast
Japanese breakfast is highly reputed. The rice is made from Saga Prefecture rice grown in a wonderful natural environment.
The "Egg Sauce" is also excellent, using high quality laver from the Ariake Sea, sun-dried eggs, and luxurious Saga soybeans.
