This course is a combination of the basic "Takezaki Crab Kaiseki" course and Saga Wagyu beef.
This plan was born from customers who said, "Since I came all the way to Saga, I want to eat Saga Wagyu beef as well.


Dinner】（Example of a course / It changes according to the season.)
Saga Wagyu Lava Roasted Beef: We use only high quality Wagyu beef from a beef farmer and a butcher store specializing in Saga Wagyu. This is very popular among our meat-loving customers. The Aso lava rock plate is a far-infrared ray grill that makes the Saga Wagyu especially tasty.

◆Sashimi: Because we have seasonal fish from the Ariake Sea and a large Ikesu at Crab Goten,
We have a large kitchen and can serve fresh sashimi every day.

◆Boiled Takezaki Crab: Takezaki Crab is always served with a smile on the face of customers who say, "I came here to eat this Takezaki crab. We have been proudly offering this carefully selected Takezaki crab since our establishment. We have a special bait boat for Takezaki crabs and buy them from fishermen almost every day. The fresh Takezaki crabs are served by experienced crab chefs who consider the hardness of the shell and the way the crab meat is packed, and boil it to the perfect degree and flavor to provide the best Takezaki crab.

Takezaki Crab Kamameshi: This dish is especially popular among female customers. Takezaki crab meat and boiled water are combined to create this rice dish, which has a subtle crab flavor. This is the "last" dish that customers who say, "I'm full" end up devouring.

Dessert: Seasonal desserts are available. We also have seasonal desserts for your enjoyment.


Breakfast
We serve reputable Japanese breakfast. The rice is made from Saga Prefecture rice grown in a wonderful natural environment.
The "egg shoyu" (soy sauce with egg), which is made with high quality laver and solar eggs from the Ariake Sea and luxurious Saga-produced soybeans, is also excellent.

At night, it is the most moody space surrounded by a wall of soft light.
The open-air sky is full of stars, allowing you to enjoy an inspiring stay.

It is especially appreciated by couples and married couples.

Open-air bath: The bath is large enough for 3-4 adults and too spacious for two people.
The maple trees around the outdoor bath are very relaxing.

The bed is specially ordered from Simmons, and is 20 cm wider than usual.
