About Joshu Beef L-Bone Steak
Joshu beef is a local specialty known for its lean meat and fine marbling. The L-Bone cut—a bone-in sirloin steak—is prized for its rich, savory flavor enhanced by collagen from the bone.
Enjoy the perfect balance of tender lean meat and melt-in-your-mouth fat.

■ Dining Venue

All meals will be served at J’s CANYON, our in-house steakhouse restaurant.
J’s CANYON is supervised by Chef Sato, who won 3rd place in the JAPAN Burger Championship 2024.

■ Private Open-Air Onsen in All Guest Rooms

All rooms feature private open-air baths with Shima Onsen’s natural hot spring water, flowing directly from the source.
Shima Onsen is known for its gentle waters with beautifying properties and benefits for the digestive system.
Our baths use a blend of two hot springs—Yamadori-no-Yu and Yunoizumi-no-Yu—offering a luxurious experience steeped in history dating back to the Sengoku era.
Immerse yourself in your own healing time and discover the ancient onsen culture of Japan.

■ Facility Notes

All guest rooms are accessible via stairs only; there is no elevator.

Check-in is available until 5:00 PM. For late check-ins after 5:00 PM, please contact us in advance (Tel: 0279-26-7510).

Guests are welcome to use the large public bath at our sister hotel LULUD, free of charge until 8:00 PM.
LULUD is a 1-minute walk from our property. Please bring the bath basket provided in your room.

If you have any food allergies, please note the details and number of affected guests in the remarks section of your reservation. (Please note that allergy accommodations may not be possible from Dec 31 to Jan 3.)

Please inform us of your means of transportation: car, JR train & local bus, highway bus, or taxi.

For those using the highway bus or JR train & local bus, we offer a complimentary shuttle service from the Shima Onsen bus stop. Please inform us of your desired pick-up time (14:40 / 15:10 / 15:50).
Shuttle service must be reserved by the day before your arrival.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay, we strive to accommodate food allergies wherever possible. However, due to the nature of food preparation, we cannot guarantee complete allergy elimination.

All ingredients are confirmed based on supplier-provided information. However, we cannot eliminate the risk of cross-contamination or unidentified allergens in processed foods.

Some ingredients may be processed in facilities that also handle allergens such as soba (buckwheat).

This is not a fully allergen-free menu.

Please note that immediate medical care may not be available in the event of a severe allergic reaction, due to the limited availability of local specialized hospitals.

This room has the widest raised floor and is appealingly spacious. Time spent surrounded by the pleasant scent of rush grass will soothe and relax you. "Oubaitori" (Sakura Ume Touri) is a room themed around the four flowering trees of cherry blossom, plum, peach, and plum. The large picture window lets you enjoy the scenery of the Shima River, and the room comes with an open-air bath with natural hot spring water, allowing you to enjoy the unique space of each flower while harmonizing with the nature of the four seasons.
