The interior features Art Deco-style furniture, lighting, and objects that evoke a Japanese aesthetic. Composed of various materials, it creates a unified and sensitive space. The guest rooms exude warmth, modernity, and sophistication.
A private villa located on the mountainside, complete with a tatami room, open-air bath, and terrace.
The guest rooms are supervised and art curated by Koichi Uchida, a ceramic artist and sculptor who has traveled the world and possesses a deep understanding of beauty, from crafts to antiques and contemporary art.
The themes are "adult" and "authenticity."
The villa's design, based on a black color scheme that harmonizes with the adjacent ESHIKOTO, and featuring abundant use of Shakudani stone from Fukui Prefecture, evokes a sense of calm and tranquility.
The guest rooms are divided into three types of villas, each with a different concept, offering a total of eight rooms.
From antique art representing Fukui, such as Echizen ware and Echizen lacquerware, to works by modern and contemporary artists, and folk art from around the world, high-quality art from all times and places blends together, allowing you to fully enjoy the world of "mitate," which is at the core of the Japanese aesthetic.
All rooms are equipped with a semi-open-air bath and a spacious terrace. We promise you a comfortable stay.
