Restaurant Akagi serves innovative Ryukyu cuisine that has evolved into a new style, using an abundance of seasonal Okinawan ingredients carefully selected by Chef Kawashita and offerings at the local market determined the daily menu.
Breakfast is “Ryukyu Gozen”, a 9-course meal featuring Okinawan traditional home-style cooking and vegetables. Please enjoy it with fluffy rice cooked in an earthenware pot.
After the meal, you can choose between gently hand-drip coffee or Ryukyu black tea blended with Okinawan tea leaves.
