A Japanese kaiseki meal featuring fresh "Shinshu Highland Vegetables," grown in pure water and fertile soil, rich in umami and sweetness. The natural flavors of these carefully selected ingredients are enhanced by the delicate skills of our head chef, offering a seasonal taste of the land and its bounty.

■ Breakfast

A popular breakfast featuring "Touji Soba," a local specialty from Kaida Highlands, where soba noodles are dipped into a flavorful broth. Enjoy a hearty morning meal with fresh highland vegetables.
Our homemade blueberry jam, made from berries harvested in Kazato’s own fields, is a beloved treat for all ages.

B. A premium domestic beef steak set

Two departures from Kiso-Fukushima Station at 15:30 and 17:00.
