【Hot Spring】
We use natural hot spring water from Gamagori, renowned for its gentle, moisturizing qualities.
Surrounded by ever-changing natural scenery, enjoy the soothing warmth of the hot spring in complete privacy.
The bath is prepared with seasonal flowers floating in a wooden bucket.
Relax and indulge in a natural flower bath, enjoying the colors and fragrances of the four seasons as they softly tint the water.
【Vegan (Vegetarian) Cuisine Policy】
Our kitchen also prepares non-vegetarian dishes and is not exclusively dedicated to vegetarian cuisine.
Vegan menus that also consider the avoidance of the five pungent vegetables (gokun) can be provided.
All broth and seasonings used are free from animal-derived ingredients.
Cooking utensils such as cutting boards, knives, bowls, and fryers (including cooking oil) are used separately.
Tableware is shared with standard meals; however, disposable plates, forks, knives, and chopsticks can be provided upon request.
