Breakfast ”Wasyoku"
We will prepare a creative Japanese breakfast in your room.
1. The kitchen is not dedicated to vegetarian food, as general cooking is also done.
2. Vegan and five pungent roots (in Buddhism or Taoism)menus are available.
3. No animal products are used in soup stock or seasonings.
4. Cutting boards, knives, bowls, fryers [oil sharing], and other cooking utensils are used separately.
5. We use the same tableware as for general use,
