【Urgent Notice】

On February 20, after 9:00 p.m., the pump of the white hot spring sulfur spring, which is one of the two main types of hot springs in the hotel, broke down for unknown reasons.

Until repairs are completed, all hot springs in the hotel, including those in the rooms and the public baths, will be treated with simple hot spring water.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to guests who were looking forward to enjoying the sulfur spring water, and we thank you for your understanding.

The Japanese-style room is inspired by the orthodox Shoin-zukuri style, a style of upper class housing in the early modern period, and has a hot spring bath.
Guests can sleep on tatami mats and futons (Simmons mattresses are used) in a serene, purely Japanese-style room space.
A river walnut tree can be seen from the window.

Hotel information:

1) Please let us know if you will be late arriving.
Check-in time is from 15:00 to 17:00. The last dinner time is 18:30.
Please allow plenty of time for your arrival.

2) Check-out time is 10:00.

3) A bath tax is required in addition to the room charge.
The hotel's bathrooms use sulfur spring water, and bath tax will be charged regardless of whether or not you take a bath.
Guests aged 12 and older are required to pay the bath tax per night in addition to the room charge.
Please pay it on site.

4)Note on changes to meal content.
We kindly inform you that we cannot accommodatechanges to meal contents except for those with food allergies.
If you have food allergies, please inform us at the time of booking.
(Due to geographical reasons,we may not be able to accommodate last-minute requests.)
