■Regarding Children's Entry■
Our inn does not accept children under elementary school age (including infants and toddlers).
However, children are welcome during spring, summer, and winter holidays (excluding the New Year period) and the periods before and after Respect for the Aged Day.

■Regarding pick-up/drop-off and parking■
・If you are using public transportation, please call us after you have arrived at Arima Onsen. (There is no space to wait in advance around the train station or bus stop.) ・If you are using the ropeway, please let us know your boarding time when you depart from the mountaintop station. We will come to pick you up according to the time. Considering the safety of pedestrians, we apologize for the inconvenience, but the pick-up location is the road in front of the public telephone, a short distance down the slope from Arima Onsen Station. Thank you for your understanding. ・If you are coming by car, please move your vehicle to the parking lot yourself. *If you would like us to move your vehicle, please let our staff know and we will do so with your consent.

■Regarding Cancellation Fees■
Please note that cancellation fees will apply from the following dates for cancellations of reservations or reductions in the number of guests.
・Weekdays (weekdays that are not the day before a holiday or busy days): From 7 days before the date of stay
・Days before a holiday (Saturdays that are not busy days, or the day after which a holiday falls): From 10 days before the date of stay
・Busy days (long weekends, Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays): From 14 days before the date of stay

【Renewal Opening August 8, 2025】
The bathrooms and other areas have been renovated to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
A minibar has been newly installed, and all beverages are complimentary.
Smart TVs are installed in all rooms, allowing you to enjoy a wide variety of on-demand content.

Located on the 6th floor of the West Wing, this room features twin beds in a Japanese-style adjoining room.
The room is a traditional Japanese-style room using domestically produced natural solid wood and finished with authentic Juraku plaster walls.
While the interior design differs due to the sukiya-style architecture of the inn, it is a two-room type with a 12.5 tatami mat main room and a 6 tatami mat adjoining room,
and twin beds are provided in the adjoining room.

~About the two-room room on the 6th floor of the West Wing~
・Because the roof of the East Wing slightly obstructs the view, you cannot see the townscape of Arima or the garden from the room on the 6th floor of the West Wing, but the large public bath is located in the West Wing, making it convenient to get around.
・The main room is equipped with Japanese-style chairs and a table, so even guests who are not comfortable with sitting on the floor can enjoy their meals comfortably.
・The sub-room is equipped with Simmons twin beds in a Japanese-style space.
・A smart TV is installed, so you can enjoy a wide variety of on-demand content.
・All items in the well-stocked minibar are provided free of charge.
・A humidifying air purifier is permanently installed.
・Alcohol disinfectant and mouthwash are provided.
