Enjoy the Kyoto-style creative kaiseki cuisine at Kinzan, a traditional Japanese inn and restaurant, crafted using time-honored techniques.

• [West Wing] Sukiya-Style Rooms - 8 Types, 17 Rooms, Primarily Japanese-Style
Renovated and reopened in August 2025 Renovated mainly in the bathroom area and with a newly installed minibar, A traditional sukiya-style authentic Japanese room overflowing with Japanese charm.
• [East Wing] New Standard Guest Rooms - Silver Spring Semi-Open-Air Bath Special Rooms - 4 Types, 12 Rooms
　Renovated and reopened in November 2022
　Based on the theme of "Creating the Future of Japanese Ryokan"
　12 special rooms, approximately 63-120 square meters, equipped with silver spring semi-open-air baths.

■Regarding Children's Entry■
Our inn does not accept children under elementary school age (including infants and toddlers).
However, children are welcome during spring, summer, and winter holidays (excluding the New Year period) and the periods before and after Respect for the Aged Day.

■Regarding pick-up/drop-off and parking■
・If you are using public transportation, please call us after you have arrived at Arima Onsen. (There is no space to wait in advance around the train station or bus stop.) ・If you are using the ropeway, please let us know your boarding time when you depart from the mountaintop station. We will come to pick you up according to the time. Considering the safety of pedestrians, we apologize for the inconvenience, but the pick-up location is the road in front of the public telephone, a short distance down the slope from Arima Onsen Station. Thank you for your understanding. ・If you are coming by car, please move your vehicle to the parking lot yourself. *If you would like us to move your vehicle, please let our staff know and we will do so with your consent.

■Regarding Cancellation Fees■
Please note that cancellation fees will apply from the following dates for cancellations of reservations or reductions in the number of guests.
・Weekdays (weekdays that are not the day before a holiday or busy days): From 7 days before the date of stay
・Days before a holiday (Saturdays that are not busy days, or the day after which a holiday falls): From 10 days before the date of stay
・Busy days (long weekends, Golden Week, Obon, New Year's holidays): From 14 days before the date of stay

【Renewal Opening August 8, 2025】
The bathrooms and other areas have been renovated to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
A minibar has been newly installed, and all beverages are complimentary.
The secondary room features twin Simmons Simrest, a next-generation multi-function voice-recognition electric bed.
The main room is equipped with a 65-inch smart TV and soundbar, allowing you to enjoy a wide variety of on-demand content.

【Information】
The special room is located in the West Wing, offering panoramic views of the Arima Onsen townscape and the Arima mountains, with a rock garden spread out below.
The room is a traditional Japanese-style room made of domestic solid wood, with walls finished in Honjuraku plaster.
In addition to the main room and secondary room (with twin beds), there is also a waiting room and a private marble bath.

Main room 12.5 tatami mats + sub-room 6 tatami mats (Simmons electric twin beds) + waiting room + wide veranda

• The room's private bath is a "marble bathroom". (Not a hot spring)
