You can choose between a filet mignon and shabu-shabu.

Enjoy creative kaiseki cuisine that makes full use of Shinshu ingredients carefully selected by our head chef.
Please savor to your heart’s content the richly expressive dishes that allow you to experience the changing seasons with both your eyes and your palate.

You can choose from creative kaiseki cuisine featuring seasonal ingredients unique to Shinshu, as well as a luxurious selection of Shinshu beef.

★ Specially Selected Shinshu Beef Shabu-shabu Raised on Apples (180g per serving)
*Please select your choice when making your reservation. If no selection is specified, shabu-shabu will be served by default.
Please note that shabu-shabu is available for orders of two servings or more.
For parties of two, please select a single menu option for the entire party.

◆Breakfast
You can choose between Japanese and Western-style breakfasts to suit your preferences.
Japanese-style: A Shinshu Morning!! We serve freshly cooked rice with side dishes made from local Shinshu ingredients.
Western-style: We serve fluffy scrambled eggs, salad, and bread.
*If you would like a Western-style breakfast, please let us know by the day before. If we do not receive notice, we will prepare a Japanese-style breakfast.
*Meals are served in the dining area.

◆Our Pride: Natural Hot Springs Where You Can Enjoy 6 Different Spring Sources
Our hotel features nine 100% natural hot spring baths that utilize the six different spring sources we own.
You can enjoy private open-air baths in guest rooms with “direct-flow spring water,” as well as a tour of our nine indoor baths with 14 tubs.

[Information on Private Use of On-Site Bathing Facilities]
The on-site bathing facilities are available for private use by all guests.
Hours of operation are from 3:30 PM to 9:15 PM (45-minute sessions, with a 15-minute cleaning break between each session).
From 9:30 PM until checkout the following day (no time limit), no reservation is required.
*Reservations can only be made after you have checked in.
*Depending on room occupancy, reservations may be accepted only until 6:30 PM; after that time, the baths may be available on a completely reservation-free basis, or they may be reserved exclusively for private use all day without any reservations.
