Dinner and breakfast are served at our Japanese restaurant, Fuuka.
The Omi beef is cooked on a burner right at your table, so you can enjoy it fresh off the griddle. Season it with rock salt or oroshi-ponzu sauce—no matter what you put on it, this tender, exquisite beef will melt in your mouth!
Naturally, it comes with kamameshi—mixed rice cooked in a cast-iron pot—and our signature hotpot. It's a spread that offers no shortage of superb flavors.
