The total weight is 140g (70g steak and 70g shabu-shabu)!
You can enjoy Omi beef to your heart's content.
 
 
Enjoy your steak freshly grilled on a tabletop stove.
(Rock salt and grated ponzu are available as condiments.)
Shabu-shabu is served in a pot with the meat with a beautifully marbled texture.
You can enjoy the richly marbled meat in a light and refreshing way.
(We have homemade ponzu and special sesame sauce as dipping sauces.)
 
Of course, we also offer our very popular seasonal kamameshi, which takes 30 minutes to cook at each table.
Please enjoy the freshly cooked hot rice.
