This washitsu* has a Japanese low table and zabutons* on tatami* flooring. You sleep on futons* laid on the tatami, and you can sit directly on the tatami or zabutons set on it.
Washitsu*: Japanese style room / Zabuton*: Japanese cushion / tatami*: Thick straw mats that cover the floor / futon*: Traditional Japanese bedding consisting of padded mattresses and pliable quilts.
