K's Villa Matsumi-an is an authentic Kyoto style wooden house attached to Kamogawa-an designed to accommodate a smaller party of 2 to 4 guests. The house has an authentic Japanese flavor along with brand new modern kitchen, toilet and bathroom facilities so you can experience its traditional atmosphere in comfort.

*0-6 years old child can stay for free of charge if he/she sleeps with an adult.

we will refund the prepayment when you cancel your booking by 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.
 
*Please note that if you cancel your reservation past 180 days after your payment by PayPal, we must deduct 3.9% of accommodation fee + 40JPY from your refund. (This does not include any other cancellation fees)
 
Once it passes 14 days before the arrival date, we will deduct the cancellation fee from your refund.
