■Dinner - Seasonal Value Kaiseki Course - ■Dining

A kaiseki course meal incorporating the local flavors of Izu, including appetizers, fresh sashimi, steamed pork on a ceramic plate,

rice, soup, and sweets.

The seasonal vegetable stew also includes Shimoda's specialty simmered alfonsino.

Enjoy locally produced seafood and seasonal ingredients.

A carefully thought-out course with a small number of dishes and modest portions that emphasizes value for money,

for women and senior guests.

The course will be prepared with great care by our executive chef.

 

*From the second night onwards, meals will be prepared at the discretion of the hotel, but the same ingredients will be used, with a different cooking method.

If you would like different ingredients, please make a reservation for a different plan.

Start your day with a Japanese inn meal. When you think of Izu, you think of delicious dried fish. We offer a selection of dishes to go with your simmered dishes and steaming hot rice.

A Japanese set meal is the standard. (During the Cherry Blossom Festival and Spring Break, breakfast may be a Japanese-style buffet. You cannot choose as it is left to the hotel.)

 

■Limited to guests staying in rooms with open-air baths■

Late check-out available until 11am

 

■Large public bath - Umihara no Yu-■

Instead of using high temperatures to warm your skin,

it is a moderate temperature that "gently" warms you up from the inside out and makes you "warm" from the core of your body. You can pour the bath over yourself sparingly♪

Date changes etc. can be made by phone between 10AM and 8PM,

but please note that the change or new reservation will be made in accordance with the cancellation fee regulations.

■Information about the building■

On the second mezzanine of the lobby, we have a space where you can enjoy Arita ware painting, gel crafts, etc. with your children♪ (※Some areas are charged)

There is also a kids' room. Please feel free to use it.

※Please lay your futon yourself, and staff will not enter your room at all.

・We can provide you with a futon if you request one before check-in.

・The futon will be laid out between 6pm and 10pm.

・If you are staying alone, the futon will be laid out in advance.
