2F Hotel Area "Plow the vineyard" The theme is "cultivating vineyards" on a casual floor. The image is the process of clearing and creating land, systematically building columns, planting grape seedlings, and attracting them vertically with wires. At first, the vineyard in Asahidai, Niki-cho, was a land overgrown with trees and grass like a primeval forest. We cut down trees, mowed grass, created land, and cultivated fields. Feel like a pioneer of farmland, and heal your tiredness with wine in a simple, inorganic room with a shower and bed like a farm equipment hut, and bare floors and ceilings. Yoichi LOOP's annually popular "Christmas Dinner"
Once again, we'll be using a generous amount of carefully selected winter ingredients unique to Yoichi to create a special menu that will give you a Christmas-like feeling in both appearance and flavor.
In addition, this year's Christmas special period will be extended even longer than usual!
For wine pairings, we'll be offering a carefully selected selection of rare wines from Yoichi and wines from around the world. Depending on the dish, you can even enjoy a double pairing of Yoichi and the world.
A total of nine wines (40ml each) will be served, each selected by our sommelier to complement each dish of the course.
Please enjoy a special moment that can only be experienced in winter Yoichi.

Takashi Kuratomi (Service Manager/Sommelier)
After graduating from the Culinary Institute at the Toulouse National Hotel in France, Takashi moved to France alone at the age of 17. He began his service career at "La Terrasse" in La Rochelle, a port city in southwestern France. He then spent 11 years in France, experiencing authentic cuisine and wine, and made it his second home. After returning to Japan, he embarked on a career as an actor, appearing on the stage of "Ichikawa Ennosuke's" school's classical kabuki and super kabuki productions. In 2005, he returned to the restaurant service stage with the opening of "Benoit Tokyo," Alain Ducasse's second restaurant in Japan. He then continued his career, helping to launch "Thierry Marx" in Ginza. His true strength lies in creating unique spaces that combine French language and entertainment esprit. He has been in his current position since 2020.
■ Sekiya Narita ■ Sekiya Narita (Executive Chef)
Born in Sapporo. After graduating from culinary school, he continued his training at Niseko's "KAMIMURA," which was listed with one star in the "Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017 Special Edition," "Quintessence," which has been awarded three stars consecutively since the "Michelin Guide Tokyo 2008," and Sapporo's "Le Musée IDEA," which was listed with one star in the "Michelin Guide Hokkaido 2017 Special Edition." He will become the chef of "Le Musée IDEA CONCEPT-C" in July 2023, and the second head chef of Yoichi LOOP in January 2025.
