Due to safety equipment inspections, we will be conducting a power outage throughout the hotel on the following dates.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.

■Implementation Date : Wednesday, March 25, 2026, 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM

■Notice

　※During the power outage, all electrical power to the building will be shut off. Therefore, lighting, refrigerators, toilets, electrical outlets, and other electrical appliances cannot be used.
　※The elevator is also unavailable.
　※Air conditioning throughout the entire building, including guest rooms, will be turned off.
　※Wi-Fi is not available throughout the entire building.
　※The water heater power will be turned off, so hot water supply to the washroom and bathroom will be suspended.
　※Inspection personnel will be accessing the hallways on each floor.
　※Depending on the inspection status, the power outage duration may be extended.
　※We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate requests for extended check-out times on March 25, 2026.
　※When making consecutive night reservations, please be careful if the dates overlap with the above schedule.

[Children's accommodation]
・ Children under 6 years old can use the bed free of charge when using existing bed.
The number of people who can sleep together is as follows.
When staying with 1 adult: Up to 1 person can use existing bed
When staying with 2 or more adults: Up to 2 people can sleep together
・ If you use a bed, the price will be the same as an adult regardless of age.
・ Amenity / slippers / towels / clothes are not provided for bed-sharing children.
・ If you make a reservation for a child who sleeps with more than the specified number of people above, the room charge for the excess child will be the same as that for an adult and will be paid locally. Please note.

Effective May 1, 2025, we will be updating our accommodation terms and conditions. The new terms will apply to all reservations made from May 1, 2025 onward. Please review the updated terms on our facility website in advance.

**Children's Bed-Sharing Policy Changes**
Starting May 1, 2025, children 6 and under can stay free when bed-sharing with an adult (previously 12 and under through April 30, 2025). The policy allows up to 1 child per bed per adult.

* A maximum of 2 children per room can stay free through bed-sharing
* Children using separate beds will be charged adult rates
* Only 1 child per bed is permitted for bed-sharing

Important Notes:
* New terms apply only to reservations made on or after May 1, 2025
* Even if your stay is after May 1, 2025, reservations made before May 1 will follow the previous terms
* The reservation date (not the stay date) determines which policy applies

For guest safety, elevator and room access requires a keypad code. Only registered guests may enter. 24-hour front desk service is available.

Please meet delivery drivers at the building entrance—they cannot access guest floors.

Housekeeping
Bed-making is provided every 3 days starting the day after check-in.
Daily trash and towel collection is available.
If you prefer no entry, inform the front desk and place your trash bag and used towels in the hallway by morning.
Additional cleaning available for ¥5,000 (tax included). Request by 10 AM the day before.

Children under 6 may share an existing bed free of charge:
1 adult: up to 1 child
2+ adults: up to 2 children
Children using their own bed are charged the adult rate.
