The menu, which changes monthly, is full of dishes that you don't usually get to taste, including seafood and mountain delicacies.

We will treat you to kaiseki cuisine unique to Echizen Mangetsu, which makes full use of local flavors.

Appetizer: Pumpkin soup, simmered walnuts, deep-fried chestnuts

Local mackerel sushi roll, Matsuba ginkgo nuts, persimmon and sesame dressing
Meal: Braised pork and taro hotpot
Sashimi: Seasonal sashimi
Grilled dish: Grilled Fukui salmon with chrysanthemum greens
Simmered dish: Sandfish and mushroom simmered in mizore, tempura chrysanthemum flower
Steamed dish: Steamed local flounder with millet
Vinegared dish: Fugu chiri sashimi
Final dish: Burdock rice
Dessert: Tomitsukiyaki mousse

■About using this plan■
*The large public bath is open until midnight and from 5:30 the next morning.
(The spring water is very soft and viscous, and will blow away your fatigue.)
*An additional bathing tax of 150 yen per person will be charged.
*Please note that you cannot specify a room.
*Breakfast will be served in the lounge.
*Self-service coffee is available.
*We may call you in advance to confirm.

■Breakfast■
A carefully prepared breakfast unique to a traditional Japanese inn, prepared with great care by our chefs.
A variety of dishes that go well with rice, centered around local fish and vegetables, are lined up.
The rice used is Koshihikari from Fukui (Ono City).
The dressings made with the chef's special specialty are also popular.

■About dining locations■
All guests will be provided with breakfast and dinner in the dining area.
※Guests staying in a Japanese modern room with an open-air bath can choose to have their meals served in their room. (Additional fee of 3,000 for 2 people/room)
Please let us know in advance if you wish to do so.

■About rooms■
- Standard rooms: Maximum 5 people (including co-sleeping)
- Rooms with open-air baths: Maximum 6 people (including co-sleeping)
- Japanese modern rooms with open-air baths: Maximum 6 people
※Preschool children cannot stay in the Japanese modern rooms.
Please note that we cannot accommodate preschool children.
(Children aged 7 and over can also choose children's meals.)

■Information about children■
- Please let us know the gender and age of your child when making your reservation.
- Elementary school children (fewer dishes than adults) will receive 70% of the adult portion for dinner.
- Children's meals are children's lunches for toddlers.
(For an additional 1,600 yen, you can change the dinner to a fish-based meal. Please let us know in advance.)
- For children who do not require meals or bedding, an additional facility usage fee of 2,200 yen for children aged 0-3 and 3,300 yen for children aged 4 and over will be charged.
- If you select bedding only, the facility usage fee is included in the bedding fee.
(Additional fees will be charged on special days such as Golden Week, Obon, and New Year's holidays.)

　 Cancellation fees will be charged from one week prior on weekdays.
　 Cancellation fees will be charged from two weeks prior on Saturdays, days before holidays, Golden Week, Obon, the New Year's holidays, and from November to January after the New Year.

The rice used is freshly steamed shiny Koshihikari rice from Fukui (Ono City), and a variety of dishes that go well with rice are available, centered around local fish and vegetables. *Meal times are 8:00 or 8:30.
