＜Maru Izumiya-cho＞

This is a purely Japanese-style mansion house for rent along the Kamo River.
The house can accommodate up to 6 people.

The inn is located along the Kamo River on the south side of Kawaramachi, facing Kiyamachi-dori.
The inn has a view of Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and during the summer months, a riverbed is available,
It is the perfect place to experience the charm of Kyoto in all its glory.

On the ground floor there is a dining room and kitchen for cooking, and one Japanese-style room with a veranda overlooking the Kamo River.
On the second floor there is one Western-style room with two single beds and one Japanese-style room facing the Kamo River.
Bathrooms are on the first and second floors and there is an elevator.

 

〈How to check in〉

A member of staff will be waiting for you at the accommodation at the time of your arrival and will guide you to the accommodation.

Please inform us in advance of your arrival time.

〈Peripheral information〉

5-minute walk south from Shijo-Kawaramachi, the heart of downtown Kyoto.

There is also a Takashimaya Department Store nearby, which is convenient for shopping.

Nishiki Market, Yasaka Shrine and Gion can also be explored within walking distance.

5-minute walk from Hankyu Kawaramachi Station, 5-minute walk from Keihan Gion-Shijo Station, 15-minute taxi ride from JR Kyoto Station.

The inn's own parking space (2 cars) is available for use.

 

【IMPORTANT NOTICE】 Please note the following during your stay.
If the use of the accommodation causes a nuisance to the neighbours, you will be asked to stop using the accommodation and leave.
Please note that no refunds will be made in such cases.

● Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises. There are no designated smoking areas on the premises.
● We do not permit entry to the premises by anyone other than guests. Furthermore, pets are not permitted.
● We do not permit the bringing of any equipment that uses open flames onto the premises.
● In the event of damage to the building or its fixtures and fittings, you will be required to pay full compensation, regardless of whether the damage was caused intentionally or through negligence.
● Please take responsibility for your own belongings. We accept no liability whatsoever for theft or loss.
● As a general rule, accommodation for 1–2 guests is provided on beds.
If you wish to use futons, we can provide them at a charge of 8,000 yen per futon.
(Payment must be made in cash on the day of check-in.)

[Regarding pre-school children]
There is no charge for pre-school children, but a fee will apply if they use bedding.
We can accommodate up to two children who do not require meals or bedding.
