Our head chef, a native of Noto, is well-versed in local seasonal ingredients such as fish, vegetables, and seasonings, and each dish is lovingly prepared.
Please enjoy dishes prepared by our skilled chefs that will delight all five senses.

※Guests staying in the Phoenix Wing will be offered a seasonal kaiseki meal, with even greater attention paid to the ingredients and tableware.

The proprietress recommends alternating between the 36.5°C source bath and the adjacent 40°C large bath.

Alternating baths improves blood circulation and relieves fatigue.

- Open-air panoramic bath "Gyokuryu" / Rock bath, etc.
- Private open-air bath (family bath) "Raicho" / 50-minute use per session *Time reservations accepted

　The hotel gardens and Pine Springs Pond “Shosenko” features a ceremonial tea house.  At any time you can enjoy the bounties of nature, wild birds and scenery from here.

- IR Ishikawa Railway "Matto Station" (approximately 20 minutes)

We will meet you in front of the ticket gates at 2:40 PM, 3:29 PM, 4:26 PM, and 5:13 PM for your arrival at Matto Station.

※From Kanazawa, please take the IR Ishikawa Railway to Matto Station.

- JR Hokuriku Shinkansen/IR Ishikawa Railway "Komatsu Station" (approximately 20 minutes)

We will meet you in front of the ticket gates at 2:40 PM, 3:40 PM, and 4:40 PM.

- Komatsu Airport (approximately 25 minutes) We will pick you up after 2:30 PM based on your flight's arrival time.
