By Shinkansen (Bullet Train):
Bus: About 12 minutes from Morioka Station.
Take an Iwate Kotsu Bus or Iwate Kenpoku Bus from the East Exit Terminal, Platform 6. Get off at "Morioka Bus Center," then it's about a 1-minute walk.
You can also take the Morioka City Loop Bus "Dendenmushi (counter-clockwise)" (operating from 9:05 to 16:05). Board at Platform 16 at the East Exit Terminal and get off at "Morioka Bus Center," then it's about a 1-minute walk.

Taxi: Approximately 10 minutes from the taxi stand at Morioka Station's East Exit.

On Foot: About 25 minutes from Morioka Station.
