Only guests staying in room "Usui Residence 104", the hotel's most popular room, can enjoy a private sauna with raosted tea leil.

You can experience a luxuriously appointed space equipped with a cold bath with natural Ukiha water, an open-air bath, and infinity chairs.
For the leil, we use special roasted green tea from Kusumodo, a tea company that grows rare native species tea leaves in Ukiha City.

For breakfast, we will serve an original seasonal breakfast.
You can taste the ingredients and culture of Ukiha at Kagamida Residence, a cultural property designated by Ukiha City.
It is about an 8-minute walk from the Usui residence and about a 2-minute walk from the Horie residence.
Please walk to the venue while enjoing the pleasant morning air.

・Although the building is equipped with air conditioning and heating, its airtightness and insulation are inferior compared to modern buildings.
・You may hear noise from rooms next to you.
・Insects may come in since our hotel is surrounded by nature (insecticides and insect repellent sprays are available).
・The damage and traces that have been created as the building has passed over the years have been preserved as part of its history.
