We have prepared a in-room dinner plan!
Chef Inoue of MAHORO756, who serves course meals using plenty of local ingredients in Ukiha City.

Guests staying at Horie Residence 201 will be served in the room with using kitchen, and guests staying at Usui-tei will be served at Kagamida Reidence.
This plan is only available for 4 to 8 people so please consider chosing this plan when you stay with your families and friends.

＜HAHORO756 Chef: Makoto Inoue＞
Born in Fukuoka Prefecture in 1983.

In 2016, the founding chef of France's largest Japanese sake restaurant, "La Maison du Sake."
In 2019, studied Japanese cuisine and sushi at Restaurant Enyaa and Restaurant JIN.
In January 2022, opened “Mahoro756” in his hometown, Ukiha City. He runs a restaurant in a renovated 70-year-old private house. His cooking uses Japanese techniques and French thinking to create omakase dishes that incorporate local vegetables.

For breakfast, we will serve an original seasonal breakfast.
You can taste the ingredients and culture of Ukiha at Kagamida Residence, a cultural property designated by Ukiha City.
It is about an 8-minute walk from the Usui residence and about a 2-minute walk from the Horie residence.
Please walk to the venue while enjoing the pleasant morning air.

・Although the building is equipped with air conditioning and heating, its airtightness and insulation are inferior compared to modern buildings.
・You may hear noise from rooms next to you.
・Insects may come in since our hotel is surrounded by nature (insecticides and insect repellent sprays are available).
・The damage and traces that have been created as the building has passed over the years have been preserved as part of its history.
