Tottori Wagyu, the beef awarded the highest quality in Japan, is served in sukiyaki with the chef's secret sauce, a sweet, sugar-free blend made with only mirin and seasonings♪
Enjoy the dish with a special dipping sauce made with eggs from a local poultry farm and grated yam!
