Tottori Prefecture has long been known as a producer of Wagyu beef.
At the first National Wagyu Beef Competition held in 1966, it won first place,
and brand-name cattle from all over the prefecture carry on its bloodline.

Tottori Wagyu beef is raised in the great outdoors of Tottori, and thanks to farmers' unique and ingenious feed and hygienic barn management,
it is raised in a stress-free environment, with an exquisite balance of lean meat and fat.
The fat is mellow and sweet, and the lean meat is rich, resulting in a light and refreshing aftertaste,
allowing many people to experience the deliciousness of Wagyu beef.
