This is our Standard Plan, designed for guests who want to fully enjoy everything Mizumari has to offer.

All of our rooms feature a private open‑air bath along a mountain stream and in‑room dining, so you can relax in a completely private setting.
Our hot springs are directly connected from our own source, flowing freely (100% “kakenagashi” style). The water is gentle on the skin, making it safe even for young children. We’ve received rave reviews from guests with severe atopic dermatitis, saying their skin felt better after bathing here.

We operate an all-inclusive system, so the following are included at no extra charge:

Vending machines (soft drinks, and alcoholic drinks such as beer, chu‑hi, highball)

Snack corner (traditional sweets, treats for children, nuts, etc.)

Seasonal beverage corner (fruit juices for children, milk, ramune soda, vegetable juices, etc.)

Dinner time all-you-can-drink (variety of soft drinks, famous Japanese sake brands, fine wine, shochu, liqueurs, etc.)
Note: Plans marked “no all-you-can-drink” are not eligible.

【Meals】

・Dinner
Served in your room from 18:00 or 18:30
A kaiseki menu of about 8 courses suited to the season. You’ll enjoy a selection of appetizers, sashimi from freshly caught local fish, grilled and simmered dishes, plus a main course featuring the rare, locally raised Japanese “Izu Beef,” simply grilled to highlight its flavor. Though Izu is known for the sea, Kawazu Nanadaru lies at the foot of the Amagi Mountains, blessed by both mountain and water. Please enjoy local river fish, wild mountain plants, nuts, and even occasional game meat when available.

・Breakfast
Served in your room from 8:30 or 9:00
We serve fragrant white rice (the “Kinumusume” variety, from central Izu, grown with reduced pesticides) freshly cooked to suit the schedule. Accompaniments include that day’s grilled fish, sashimi, and 4–5 seasonal side dishes.
If there are ingredients you may dislike (e.g. game meat or river fish), we are happy to substitute — just inform us at the time of booking.

We take inspiration from the fleeting beauty of each water droplet dancing in the clear streams of Kawazu Nanadaru. In that spirit, we are dedicated to providing hospitality so that your stay becomes an irreplaceable memory. Please enjoy this secluded, extraordinary space far removed from the noise of daily life.
