【Your Private Stay】

All rooms at Mizumari feature a private open-air bath with natural hot spring water along a mountain stream, as well as in-room dining, ensuring a fully private and relaxing experience.

 

【Meals】

＜Dinner＞
Served in-room at 18:00 or 18:30
A seasonal kaiseki course of around 8 dishes, featuring assorted appetizers with seasonal ingredients, freshly caught local sashimi, grilled and simmered dishes, and a main course of rare, locally raised Izu beef, simply grilled.

Though Izu is known for the sea, our location in Kawazu Nanadaru, nestled at the foot of the Amagi Mountains, also brings the blessings of the forest and rivers.
You’ll enjoy a rich variety of ingredients, including river fish, mountain vegetables, nuts, and even game meat, unique to this region.

＜Breakfast＞
Served in-room at 8:30 or 9:00
Freshly steamed “Kinumusume” rice from central Izu (grown with reduced pesticides), served with grilled fish, sashimi, and 4–5 seasonal side dishes.

We can accommodate preferences regarding game meat or river fish — please let us know when booking.
