【Meals】

＜Dinner＞
Served in-room at 18:00 or 18:30
A seasonal kaiseki course of around 8 dishes.
Includes seasonal appetizers, freshly caught local sashimi, grilled and simmered dishes, and a main course of rare locally raised Izu beef, simply grilled to bring out its natural flavor.

Although Izu is known for its seafood, Kawazu Nanadaru is located at the foot of the Amagi Mountains, rich in blessings from both the forest and river.
You can enjoy locally sourced delicacies such as river fish, mountain vegetables, nuts, and occasionally, game meat.

＜Breakfast＞
Served in-room at 8:30 or 9:00
Freshly steamed “Kinumusume” rice from central Izu (grown with reduced pesticides), served with grilled fish of the day, sashimi, and 4–5 seasonal side dishes.

If you prefer to avoid certain ingredients such as game meat or river fish, substitutions are available — please inform us when booking.
