Thank you very much for your continued patronage of GRAND MONday Resort Tokyo Bay Maihama.
For new bookings made on or after 12 August 2026, the check-out time will be changed as follows.
We would be most grateful for your understanding.

For bookings made on or before 11 August 2026: Check-out by 12:00 PM
For bookings made on or after 12 August 2026: Check-out by 11:00 AM

*Please note that check-in and check-out times may vary depending on the package.
Some packages, such as the Short Stay Package, have different times to those listed above, so please check the details of each package when making your booking.
*This change applies to new bookings made on or after 12 August 2026. Guests who have made a booking by 11 August 2026 will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable at the time of booking.

[Regarding Accommodation of Children]

Children under 6 can share existing beds at no extra charge
One child per adult, or two children for 2+ adults
No extra amenities (including towels, slippers, robes, etc.) will be provided for bed-sharing kids
Additional children beyond this limit will be charged as adults

Extra beds incur adult rates, regardless of age.

[Information on Using the Car Park]

On the day of your stay: 3:00 PM – until 11:00 AM checkout the following day
Extensions to these hours will be determined based on parking availability on the day of your stay.
Additionally, an extra fee will apply.

Parking is available by online reservation request only. (You cannot make a reservation by filling out the remarks section or similar fields.)
If you wish to use the parking lot, please submit your request via the parking reservation page on our official website.
After you submit your request, the hotel will check availability, and your reservation will be confirmed only if approved.
Please submit your request after making your hotel reservation. We do not accept parking requests prior to making a hotel reservation.
The parking fee is 3,000 yen per vehicle per night.
*The number of parking spaces is limited.
