　We would like you to have a very pleasant morning with our special breakfast.

Our special breakfast comes with hot pot Yu-touhu, grilled fish, Japanese pickles, Yakinori seaweed, Miso soup, Hida grown Koshihikari and our signature Houba miso.

Our Houba miso is our chef's specialty, with a mixture of special Japanese herbs and vegetables, heated on an individual small cooking stove on the table. This Houba miso is very well-received because of its flavor and taste. You might want to have one more bowl of rice than you usually have!
We recommend that you experience the magic of this unique and extraordinary  special breakfast.
We offer the breakfast in our main dining room.

Hot spring at Mutsumikan is one of the most famous hot springs in Japan and always overflowing for you. The Main bathroom which has Onsen water showers and tap is open all night from 15:00 to 9:00.
