Centering on Izu's bountiful "seafood delicacies," this special Kaiseki course is masterfully crafted to highlight the daily catch and the nuances of the season.
The menu features our famous signature "Hamayaki" (charcoal-grilled seafood), a premium chef's selection of 6 to 7 varieties of local sashimi including Spiny Lobster and Red Sea Bream, and an individual serving of simmered Splendid Alfonsino (Kinmedai) fillet for each guest. This is Nagahamaen's highest-tier menu, showcasing local fish, regional vegetables, and ingredients unique to Shizuoka.

During dinner, you can enjoy a complimentary 3-glass local drink pairing curated to complement your meal.
