Centering on Izu's "seafood delicacies,"
we prepare a special Kaiseki meal that values the day's procurement and the season.
We prepare the famous "Hamayaki," sashimi including spiny lobster and red sea bream,
and furthermore, we prepare a simmered splendid alfonsino fillet for each single person.
This is Nagahamaen's highest-tier menu incorporating plenty of local fish, local vegetables, and Shizuoka ingredients.

During dinner, you can enjoy a complimentary 3-glass pairing of local drinks
matched with the dishes.
Please spend your mealtime slowly along with local sake, local beer, local drinks, etc.
that are unique to Izu and Shizuoka.
