Awaji Island Hamo (Pike Conger) is a signature seasonal delicacy enjoyed from early summer through early autumn.
During this period, the fish becomes plump and richly flavorful as its flesh fills out and its natural fat develops, making it one of Awaji Island’s most prized brand ingredients.

This full-course menu features classic preparations such as Hamo Hot Pot and Parboiled Hamo (Otoshi), along with thinly sliced Hamo (Usuzukuri), char-grilled Hamo, and Hamo tempura, allowing guests to enjoy hamo in a variety of styles.

You can relax and enjoy our hot springs at the communal baths, such as “Awaji Tanada-no-Yu,” “Kuniumi-no-Yu,” and “Tenkyu-no-Shizuku.”
