・At Konagata, we welcome families with children and provide kid-friendly amenities for your convenience. Please feel free to bring anything that will make your child’s stay more comfortable.

①Onsen Facility: open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm *The reception closes at 5:20 pm.
Onsen, a hot spring facility, is located within a 5-minute drive from Konagata. Our guests can enjoy the Japanese onsen for free of charge. *Closed on Fridays.
②Forest Adventure KOSUGE
This is an athletic facility perfect for both children and adults to enjoy.
One and only zip-slide in the mountains is something you don’t want to miss!
They have an “Adventure Course” for those who are 140 cm and taller and a “Canopy Course” for those who are 110 cm and taller.

■Checking-in■
Please proceed directly to the Konagata building, as check-in procedures will be done in your room.
Our staff will be waiting for you at the property where you will be staying.
If you anticipate arriving more than 30 minutes before or after the scheduled time selected at the time of reservation, please let us know in advance.
■Free Transportation■
Shuttle service is only available by prior reservation, and there is only two shuttles per day.
From Otsuki Station to the Hotel: 2:40 p.m.
From the Hotel to Otsuki Station: 11:10 a.m.
It takes about 30 minutes between Otsuki station and Ohya.
*Shuttle service is only available to guests aged 6 and above.
*Both boarding and alighting locations are the JR Otsuki station front rotary. Note that there is only one ticket gate at the station.

We have free parking available for up to three cars right next to Konagata building.
*Please note that the entrance to the parking lot is narrow. Some guests may find it challenging to park.
