＜About room cleaning during your stay＞
・Housekeeping service is provided every 4 days.
・Room cleaning will be done with fee(\1500 per room) on request basis.(※Please let us know by the day before you wish the cleaning.)
・If you wish to change towels, linens, room wears and so on,
　they are available on each floor for you to take freely.
・Yukata and towels (face and bath) are set in the room on the first day, and are available in the EV hall on each floor from the second night.
・Razors, toothbrushes, and body towels are available from the amenity corner next to the front desk.
・If you want to change the sheets,please contact the front desk and change them by yourself.
・When the trash can becomes full,please throw it in the trash cans on the each floors.

Breakfast is served at buffet style.
Freshly baked bread is especially popular.

Breakfast may be served at set menus in mid-December and mid-March, according to room.

※We are sorry but  your room will not be ready before check-in time,
 but You can use changing room and big bath before check-in and we can keep your luggage at the hall.

Ski slopes are right over there!!
You can go directly from hotel to Hirafu ski slope with wearing ski.

Note : When you return from the ski area to the hotel, you need to go up the slope. There are no lifts.
