Please be advised that if you arrive after 6:30 PM (18:30), dinner cannot be served for food safety and operational reasons (no refunds will be provided for missed meals).

■ Guest Services for a Comfortable Stay

• Non-Smoking Rooms: All rooms are non-smoking as of June 27, 2024 (A smoking area is available on the lobby floor).
• Morning Coffee: Complimentary coffee served in the morning (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM).
• Post Check-out Bathing: Enjoy free access to the hot springs until 2:00 PM on your check-out day (Towel rental not included).

  Limited to 8 groups per day (45 minutes free). Reservation required at check-in.
  *Closed during winter season or bad weather conditions.
• Bathing After Check-out
  Available for free until 2:00 PM. Please bring your own towels.

[Bathing Tax & Accommodation Tax Notice]

Bathing Tax: A separate fee of 150 yen per adult (middle school age and above) per night will be charged on-site.

Accommodation Tax Notice:
Starting June 1, 2026, an accommodation tax will be levied based on room rates.
In accordance with Nozawa Onsen Village tax regulations, an accommodation tax equal to 3.5% of room rate will be collected on-site separately from room charge.
*Accommodation tax applies strictly to room charge, excluding food/beverage and consumption tax.
*For online credit card payments, bathing tax (150 JPY/adult/night) and accommodation tax must still be paid locally on-site.
