We offer seasonal Japanese course cuisine featuring fresh ingredients from Aizu and Tohoku, with a focus on Fukushima's finest meats. Our menu is inspired by the bountiful nature of the mountains, plains, and the sea of Sanriku and Joban area, providing a unique dining experience that can only be enjoyed during that particular season. ※ We will provide a selection of our standard dishes available at  hotel. Please note that the menu may vary depending on daily ingredient availability.

Start your day at Numajiri Kogen, where we highlight dishes featuring local ingredients paired with carefully selected "rice accompaniments." You can choose between organic brown rice or white rice sourced from contracted farmers. Additionally, we serve fresh seasonal vegetable salads and grilled fish. Indulge in a nourishing breakfast steeped in Aizu's fermentation culture, and take pleasure in the crisp mountain air.
