Champagne awarded ≪Gold award for two consecutive years≫ by wine industry specialists in the 'Sakura Awards.' They use grapes from '1st class vineyards,' cultivated in the ideal environment in the Champagne region.
You will sense a nuanced aging with the characteristic gentle bubbles of this elegant Champagne. As soft bubbles spread across your palate, a fruity flavor akin to white peaches unfolds.

"We offer Japanese cuisine featuring seasonal dishes and fresh seafood from Aizu and the Tohoku region. Our courses are tailored to each season, highlighting the blessings of the natural surroundings, including the rich land, mountains, and the abundance of the Sanriku and Joban areas. We provide a 'hitosara' or one plate menu experience that can only be enjoyed during that particular season."

Start your morning at Numajiri Kogen, focus on "side dishes" made with local ingredients and carefully selected "rice accompaniments." For rice, you can choose either germinated brown rice or white rice grown organically by contracted farmers. We also offer fresh seasonal vegetable salads and grilled fish. Enjoy a healthy breakfast made from Aizu's fermented culture.

The lodge is located in the Bandai Asahi National Park, surrounded by abundant natural attractions.
