Beppu’s Signature “Hell-Steamed” Seafood Experience
The centerpiece of this plan is fresh seafood boldly steamed using natural hot spring steam, a local specialty unique to Beppu, Japan’s renowned onsen prefecture.

The geothermal steam gently cooks the ingredients, enhancing tenderness while drawing out deep, rich flavors and natural umami.

Paired with shabu-shabu made from premium Oita Wagyu beef, this kaiseki course features carefully selected local seafood and mountain produce, thoughtfully prepared with creativity and meticulous craftsmanship.

Hot Spring
Our hot spring features a milky blue-white hue, often compared to celadon porcelain, rich in sulfur from Myoban sulfur springs.
Relax and unwind in this mysteriously colored onsen, known for its therapeutic qualities and silky-smooth feel on the skin.

Important Notes for This Plan
For consecutive-night stays under the same plan, the menu will be adjusted with dishes of equivalent quality. The contents may differ from the description above.

Meals are served in the dining room or restaurant.
In-room dining (or private dining room) is available for an additional fee of ¥2,750 per person (¥3,300 during peak seasons).
