All nine guest rooms are elaborately designed based on the Sukiya-zukuri style.
In order to fully enjoy the hot springs of the famous Shuzenji Onsen, all guest rooms at Oninosu are equipped with private open-air baths, semi-open-air baths, or indoor baths.

【hot spring】
Shuzenji Onsen has a history of more than 1,200 years, and it is said that it began in 807 during the Heian period when Kukai (Kobo Daishi) struck a rock in the Katsura River with a stick (Dokuko pestle) that he was carrying, causing water to gush out. . The alkaline simple hot spring water with a pH value of 8.6 and 63.2 mg/kg of metasilicic acid is tasteless, odorless, non-irritating and gentle on the skin. It is a hot spring for beauty and beautiful skin that neutralizes sebum while removing dirt, leaving your skin smooth and soft.

【Breakfast at Oni no Sato】

The breakfast are crafted with dedication, sparing no effort and focusing on the details of dashi, rice, and miso. There’s freshly grilled fish, tamagoyaki , pot rice, and hot miso soup. Please start your day with this unique morning meal that only a ryokan can offer.
