• There is no elevator available in our facility. Rooms are on the second and third floors, with stairs necessary for access.

• Closure period: Generally from mid-November to mid-April Due to snow accumulation, we close our open-air bath during winter. Your understanding is appreciated. However, you can use the open-air bath at our sister facility as part of a 'Hot spring tour'.
