■ This will be either a 10-tatami Japanese-style room with a private open-air bath or a Japanese-Western style room with a private open-air bath.
The open-air bath in the room may be slightly smaller, or the room may face a direction opposite the garden.

This is our standard plan at Kourakuen, a traditional Japanese-style ryokan quietly nestled beyond a vast Japanese garden, offering a secluded, hideaway-like atmosphere.
Relax and soothe your tired mind in a peaceful setting. Each room features a spacious and authentic private open-air bath.
Take a deep breath in the expansive garden, and from your room, enjoy the seasonal beauty of the Japanese garden while experiencing our “beauty-enhancing hot spring.” Savor a traditional Japanese kaiseki meal in your room and spend a special, tranquil time away from the bustle of everyday life.
Our large public baths feature two natural hot springs (men’s and women’s baths are switched between morning and evening).
Dinner will be served in your room for up to 3 guests. (For groups of 4 or more, a private dining room will be arranged.)
Breakfast is served at our dedicated dining venue “Kanon” between 7:00 AM and 9:30 AM, offering a Japanese-style set menu.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
■ Rooms with Open-Air Bath ■
All rooms include a private open-air bath. Room types (1st or 2nd floor) will be assigned by the ryokan depending on availability on the day of your stay.
*If you have difficulty using stairs, please inform us in advance.
■ For dinner, guests of up to 3 persons can enjoy their meal in the comfort of their room.
*Please note that due to the room layout, Western-style rooms are not available for in-room dining.
■ For guests with food allergies, we will do our best to accommodate your needs if you submit our designated “Food Allergy Form” at least 3 days prior to your stay.
