This is Quattro's standard plan, where the head chef carefully prepares dinner and breakfast, incorporating seasonal ingredients and local flavors.
 

【All 4 Rooms - Maisonette Rooms with Open-Air Baths】

All 4 rooms at Quattro are spacious 84㎡ maisonette type rooms.
The first floor has a bedroom, bathroom, and dining space, while the second floor has a living room and balcony, allowing you to enjoy a private space that extends across both floors.

Water flows around the guest rooms, and the balcony is designed to allow you to feel the presence of water and the changing seasons up close.
It is a calm maisonette space, just like a private residence.

Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with an open-air bath and an indoor bath with free-flowing hot spring water, allowing you to relax and enjoy a bath without worrying about the time in a high-quality setting.

Both dinner and breakfast will be served in the dining space on the 1st floor of your room.

We offer a Japanese-Western fusion kaiseki meal incorporating seasonal ingredients such as Koshihikari rice from Uonuma, seafood from the Sea of Japan, and seasonal mountain vegetables.
Enjoy your meal in a tranquil atmosphere, as we limit our reservations to only four groups per day.

We offer a breakfast that allows you to relax and enjoy your morning.
Enjoy our breakfast, made with carefully selected ingredients, in the comfort of your room. *For consecutive nights, breakfast will be Japanese style on the first night and Western style on the second night.

＜Information about the Hot Springs＞
All rooms are equipped with open-air baths with 100% natural hot spring water.
Enjoy the soft feel of the water, unique to a mildly alkaline simple hot spring, to your heart's content in a private space.
Enjoy a quiet and luxurious bathing experience unique to Quattro.
　
＜Shuttle service from Echigo-Yuzawa Station is available＞
Shuttle service is available between the west exit of Echigo-Yuzawa Station and the hotel.
Priority is given to advance reservations, but on the day of your stay, please call us after arriving at the station and we will come to pick you up.
Shuttle service is only available from the west exit and is available from 8:00 to 17:30. Please note this in advance.

Elementary school students: 70% of the adult rate
Preschool children (with meals and bedding): 50% of the adult rate
Sharing a bed (under 2 years old): Free
*Free accommodation for infants who can share a bed is available for children under 3 years old.
*For children aged 3 and over, please book as an infant with meals and bedding included.


Cancellation fees are as follows:
10 days prior: 20% of the accommodation fee The day before: 50% of the accommodation fee On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee No-show without contact: 100% of the accommodation fee *Please note that cancellation policies may change depending on the plan.

We do not offer individual allergy accommodations for our course meals. Please understand that we cannot change the menu to suit your preferences or tastes. If you have concerns about meals, please book a room-only stay.

【Winter Season Information】
• Ski wear and ski gear rentals are available at the ski house attached to Sakura-tei.
(No advance reservations are accepted; rentals are only available on the day. We handle gear for beginners to intermediate skiers.) • From late December to late March, some ski resort shuttle buses are scheduled to operate from the temporary bus stop in front of our inn. Please take advantage of our convenient access to the slopes.
